The YRF spy universe just got bigger and better with Alphastarring Alia Bhatt and Sharvari in the lead roles. It is the first female-led film from the YRF spy universe of films (more on that later). The film is directed by Shiv Rawail and produced by Aditya Chopra. Alia Bhatt revealed the title of the film on Instagram on Friday, saying, “It’s the time of the Alpha girls. #YRFSpyUniverse.” The internet couldn’t be happier to have two female actors playing the lead roles in the big project, and a quick glance at the comments section of Alia’s post is proof.
“Guys and girls we have another Alia Bhatt film with a female lead,” one user wrote. Another added, Alia Bhatt X Sharvari, the best duo in action.” Another fan commented, “Hurricane at the box office.” Another comment read, “Spy girls are coming.” “The alphas are coming to rule the spy universe,” an Instagram user commented.
Another section of the internet wondered if other stars from the YRF spy universe will also make cameos. “Please keep the cameo of Tiger and Pathaan.” SRK ka cameo daal of Chopra sahab (Please add SRK’s cameo, Chopra Sir).” Another user wrote: Looking forward to it. On the work front, Alia Bhatt made her big Hollywood debut last year with Gal Gadot’s Heart of stoneShe also starred in Karan Johar’s hit film Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani starring Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi.
The actress will soon be seen in Vasan Bala’s Jigra with Vedang Raina. She has also directed Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love war in the line-up, in which she will star alongside her husband Ranbir Kapoor and Raazi co-star Vicky Kaushal.
